Interview with Arlene Pellicane

Krista's old college friend is famous now. Arlene Pellicane is an author of multiple books who has appeared on big time TV chat shows. And yet, she still appeared on our little livestream.

And what a time we had! We discussed Arlene's book, Growing Up Social, and the impact of screens on children and family relationships. Here is the trailer for her book.

Arlene offered some great practical wisdom, especially in light of the reality that summer is coming and we needed some ideas for alternatives to screens.

Toward the end of the interview, we also briefly mentioned Arlene's latest book, Parents Rising.

Be sure not to miss her Tuesday livestreams on Facebook. She did this one after our interview to help parents get a game plan together for summer. Yes, please.

Are you unsure if your child has too much screen time? Take Arlene's quiz.
